Meet Our Chef

Corey Lombardo

A Loudon, New Hampshire native – Executive Chef Corey Lombardo brings her experiences back to New Hampshire to create the culinary experiences at The Sunset Hill House. After graduating from the world-renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Chef Lombardo spent time with Hyatt Hotels and most recently as Pastry Chef at the Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana.

At The Sunset Hill House, Chef Lombardo has curated a dining experience based around serving dishes that may sound familiar in an exciting new way. From the first bite of one of our snacks, to the final spoonful of desert (make sure you clean the plate) all of Chef Lombardo’s items are made from scratch with every detail taken into account.
